II. Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data
- The controller processes personal data that you have provided or that the controller has obtained in connection with fulfilling your order.
- The controller processes your identification and contact data and data necessary for contract performance.
III. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing Personal Data
- The lawful basis for processing personal data is:
- performance of a contract between you and the controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
- the legitimate interest of the controller to provide direct marketing (especially sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
- your consent to processing for the purpose of providing direct marketing (especially sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in connection with Section 7(2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, in cases where no order of goods or services has been made.
- The purposes of personal data processing are:
- processing your order and exercising rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; personal data necessary for successful order processing (name, address, contact) are required; providing personal data is a necessary condition for concluding and performing the contract, without which the contract cannot be concluded or performed by the controller,
- sending commercial communications and performing other marketing activities.
- The controller does not perform automated individual decision-making pursuant to Article 22 GDPR. You have given explicit consent to such processing.
IV. Retention Period of Data
- The controller retains personal data:
- for the period necessary to exercise rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and to enforce claims from these contractual relationships (for 15 years after termination of the contractual relationship).
- For the duration of consent to processing of personal data for marketing purposes, if data are processed on the basis of consent.
- After the retention period expires, the controller deletes the personal data.
V. Recipients of Personal Data (Subcontractors of the Controller)
- Recipients of personal data are persons:
- involved in delivery of goods/services/payment processing based on contract,
- providing e-shop operation services (Shopio) and other related services,
- providing marketing services.
- The controller intends to transfer personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or an international organization. Recipients in third countries are providers of mailing/cloud services.
VI. Your Rights
- Under the conditions laid down in the GDPR you have:
- the right to access your personal data pursuant to Article 15 GDPR,
- the right to rectify personal data pursuant to Article 16 GDPR, or to restrict processing pursuant to Article 18 GDPR,
- the right to erasure of personal data pursuant to Article 17 GDPR,
- the right to object to processing pursuant to Article 21 GDPR,
- the right to data portability pursuant to Article 20 GDPR,
- the right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically at the address or email of the controller stated in Article III of these terms.
- You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe your personal data protection rights have been violated.
VII. Cookies
- We use cookies on our website for the purpose of:
- measuring website traffic and creating statistics related to visitor behavior on the website;
- website functionality.
- Collecting cookies may be considered processing personal data. Such processing is permitted based on the legitimate interest of the controller under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

VIII. Conditions for Securing Personal Data
- The controller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.
- The controller has taken technical measures to secure data storage and storage of personal data in paper form.
- The controller declares that personal data is accessible only to authorized persons.
IX. Final Provisions
- By submitting an order via the online order form, you confirm that you have read and accept the personal data protection terms in full.

- The controller reserves the right to change these terms. The new version of the privacy policy will be published on the website and sent to your email address provided to the controller.
